These terms govern promotions run by GAMA Supermarket & Departmental Store Sdn Bhd and the use of the GAMA App membership programme.
All promotions are valid for the stated period, while stocks last, and apply in-store at GAMA Penang unless otherwise noted. Rebate and free-gift offers are limited to the stated quantity and to one redemption per member per day. Promotional images are for illustration only.
Member-exclusive offers require a valid GAMA App membership scanned at checkout. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may be suspended for misuse. The 60th anniversary two-year free membership applies to new registrations and renewals made between 24 July 2026 and 31 July 2027.
Points are earned on qualifying purchases, hold no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and expire in line with the programme schedule published in the app. Returned or refunded items have their points reversed.
Orders placed via WhatsApp are subject to stock availability and confirmation by our team. Prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
GAMA reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion, reward or these terms without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, GAMA's decision is final.
